About

Here’s why we could be a good fit

Instead of a faceless agency, work with me directly

I’m Marc Heighway, an online marketing consultant based in the New Forest, and near Southampton on the south coast. I’ve spent 25 years helping businesses generate more revenue online. When you work with me, you work with me directly. No juniors. No outsourcing. No hand-offs.

The difference

What I do

I help UK businesses get more enquiries and sales from their websites. I do it by fixing the basics, implementing marketing strategies, and improving what really moves the numbers.

SEO that drives enquiries, not vanity traffic
Landing pages that convert, with a clear message and a clear next step
Profitable Google Ads that are structured properly and tracked end to end
Measurement: GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting you can actually use

Below is a message from me, with something for you

Why me

Why a one-man consultancy?

If you’ve worked with an agency before, you’ll know the pattern. You get sold by someone senior, then your account gets handed to a junior or outsourced.

That’s now how I work

I’m a one-man consultancy on purpose. It keeps quality high, keeps communication simple, and keeps you close to the person making the decisions.

It also means:

you get direct access to me
your work does not get delegated to a junior, or worse still, outsourced to someone who doesn’t understand your business
changes happen faster
you get straight answers when something is not working
you get all my years of experience and expertise

I previously led the digital marketing strategy in the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions for a large American company. The role involved the management of 15 country-based teams and the company’s digital marketing campaigns, achieving a significant increase in online sales and brand awareness.

I set my own business up in 2013, and have been helping companies ever since.

What you can expect

Clear communication: You will know what I’m doing and why.
Proper tracking: If we cannot measure it, we cannot improve it.
A focus on leads, not “marketing activity”: The work should pay for itself.
No fluff: If something is not worth doing, I’ll tell you.
