Earlier in my career I delivered web projects and ran usability-focused work, including testing strategies, web communications audits, and design workshops. That background matters because rankings are only half the job. The other half is what happens next: does the page make sense, does it build trust fast, and does it guide a visitor to take action?

Alongside SEO, I’ll advise on conversion and user experience: tightening the message, improving page structure, strengthening calls-to-action, reducing friction in forms, and making sure each important page has a clear purpose. (If you have a designer/developer, I’ll work with them. If not, I’ll keep recommendations practical and prioritised, and can even do it for you.)
